Business Assistance, Attraction, & Retention; Local Event Organizing

Engaging in activities to bring together the Bayview community to revitalize the Third Street Commercial Corridor.
Successfully attracting new and continually supporting existing businesses in the Bayview, including Radio Africa & Kitchen, Auntie April's, and Yvonne's Southern Sweets.
Founded and organized a weekly Community Pop-Up Market, bringing food entrepreneurs, artisans, musicians, and neighbors together to support the Bayview businesses.

FILLMORE

Business Attraction & Retention, Local Event Organizing

Working to revitalize the Fillmore District.
Successfully attracting new businesses, including State Bird, The Social Study, and SF Gymnastics.
Providing ongoing technical support of existing businesses.
Helping to conceptualize, plan, and produce of local events, such as Fillmore Holiday Marketplace, Mardi Gras in the Fillmore, and Fillmore Reggae Festival.

Working for BART to make the 16th St. BART Plaza a more welcoming environment for the larger community.
Providing in-depth analysis of the physical, cultural, and economic setting, challenges, and opportunities surrounding the plaza.

Outreach to the North Beach commercial and residential stakeholders surrounding the Central Subway expansion.
Assistance for businesses affected by the Central Subway expansion.
